Hi everyone!

This is my new house, a beachside house, inspired by eco homes, and the Hanging Gardens
I built the house mainly in modern style, used by natural patterns (rock and wood)
Here is many balconies with gardens around the house, a garage, a small lake and an outdoor kitchen.
The lot is unfurnished, so you could furnishing it, as you want.
Here are many places in the house for anything you want to put in the house.
I have The Sims 2 ultimate collection, and I don't use any custom content.
This is a beachside lot, so you only place the lot, near the ocean.
