First time uploading to ModTheSims, but I bring to you a Victorian Style family home.

The lot is a 30x20 size. There isn't much of a back garden as I didn't anticipate the house to be this big.


Ground Floor:
Open living room/foyer
Large kitchen/diner
Study with corridor to family room
Family room with access to outside


First Floor:
Passage overlooking ground floor
1 3x2 Bathroom
Master Bedroom with ensuite 3x2 bathroom
2 Double rooms
