Just unzip it and put it into your mods folder as usual. It's a standalone recolor of the basic T-shirt and is available for teen/YA/adult, it is likely found at the end of the list of tops in CAS, near the basic T-shirts. It is everyday wear, athletic, sleepwear and party.
I made this because I kinda found this whole EA situation funny and wanted to create something no one actually needs. This is for satire purposes.
