For my second upload I've chosen the Stone House. It's a house I actively play in from time to time so rooms are more personalized for my sims. The Stone House is perfect for large families with dogs or cats There's a nice living area with fireplace, I tried to make it appear as if it had high ceiling but in the Sims 4 it's really difficult to achieve this and part of the roof shows up in the living room ;( There is also a lot of painting and collectibles from the game so I hope everything shows up in your game.

In this house you'll find:
6 bedrooms (1 toddler's room)
5 bathrooms
living room
'TV room'
home office
dining room
kitchen with additional table
sauna
gym
pool at the back of the house and place to grill with a bar

When placing this lot make sure to have cheat bb.moveobjects on so plant and decorations don't move/disapear.
This lot doesn't contain any CC
