I created this lot to replicate a self sustaining city, including all the features listed previously. You can pick any apartment from the dampest, old flat with mold growing on the walls, to a modern penthouse apartment. I have also included office blocks, a health clinic, a police station and a small grocery store. I have replicated real city blocks to the best of my own knowledge and would really appreciate feedback.
Just a warning, this lot is very large with a lot of items and will not run well on low powered computers. I actually struggle to run it myself so furnishing it took a very long time! If you find you're in the same situation I recommend clearing the items from some buildings you aren't going to use when playing in order to run the game smoothly.
