This is my version of the Schmoozer Trait from the Sims 3 with some changes! (Thanks to JkwanP for the suggestion!)

Description:

Schmoozers are really good at befriending co-workers and sucking up to their bosses. They are great at navigating the corporate landscape.

Sims with this Trait:

Gain a +6 Confident Buff when performing actions that use the Charisma skill.



Has a 40% chance to gain an occasional +6 Confident Buff;



Sims gain a +2 Confident Buff when around Sims who have the Occasional Buff;

~ Sims' Friendships increase 2x Faster.

~ Astronaut Career Performance increases 1.5x Faster.

~ Business Career Performance increases 2x Faster.

~ Criminal Career Performance increases 1.75x Faster.

~ Detective Career Performance increases 1.5x Faster.
