I was thinking about sharing my starter house for TS4, a very small one with a very low price but nice and plenty of basics. There it is.

I built it around one of the premade rooms, a cute dining room. Then, I added a "open concept" kitchen, a bathroom (you can put your laundry stuff there in the future), a living room (quite empty, only a sofa and a bookshelf) and a double-bed bedroom, (I really hate the basic double bed, so I put the cheap one from Outdoor Retreat, soooo comfortable), with a little veranda.
There's a little vestibule, too.

The garden is a basic one, with flowers and trees, and you can put your plantpots there to grow your vegetables. Or do yoga. Or play with the snow...
