Multi-Storey Parking Lot/Garage - (No CC)

In large cities, the only thing worse than heavy traffic jams is parking, or lack thereof. An urban approach to that problem is a large multi-storey carpark.

I was searching for one to be included in a city neighborhood of mine, but they weren't multi-storey. And so I decided to experiment with boolprop constrainfloorelevation false (CFE) and voila: I give you this Multi-Storey Parking Lot!





What we have here is a 5 storey split-level (10 half-floors) carpark with allocated parking bays. The layout of the floors vary slightly to make them unique but there's only so much you can do with parking bays! Each of the floors are easily accessible via elevators and there's an emergency staircase too.

One thing though, the levels don't actually connect at one point, but I employed a neat trick to 'link' the levels. Haha. I'm sure that's not the only way to go about it, but hey, this is my first large, split-level project.



UPDATE: Smoother Rooftop Entrance
I was experimenting a little more and managed to level the jagged looking rooftop of the earlier version. *end of update*

There's also a small Security Office on the ground floor. It has a puny toilet attached, which Sims would probably want to use only if it were an absolute emergency. This office is where the security footage is stored and reviewed, if that was possible in the game without CC. Which it isn't though. Speaking of which, no custom content was used in the making of this lot. So just use your imagination



As for zoning, it's a Community Lot right now so it can be visited but no cars can be placed (without CC). If you're thinking of using this lot purely for aesthetic purposes, try zoning it into a dorm. That way, you can keep cars on the lot without having to see that "For Sale" sign hovering over it.

About compatibility, I have all EPs and SPs on, so I've flagged all of them.
