Proteus Shape-Shifting Stair System Black & White Recolors
These recolors cover all the different configurations of balustrades. The black recolor has the silver hardware linked, and the white recolor is linked to the gold hardware.
Please enjoy.
Technical Info
All recoloring was done using GIMP 2.8.2, with the texture used for the original Proteus SS ltwood steps.
In-game location: Proteus SS Stair System will be found in Build Mode under Staircases>Connecting Stairs. To use these recolors, place the stairs, choose the design tool, and recolor each step/balustrade set separately. Note there will be more than one choice for each color, as the recolor choices also change the configuration of the stairs
In-game price: The design tool will charge you 15 per step. I advise to place the stairs when building the lot, or at least before moving a Sim in, if your Sim is tight on cash.
Additional Credits: SimPE - thanks to Quaxi and all the talented people who helped him create this essential tool
The CEP (another essential tool) - thanks to Numenor and RGiles
MTS - thanks to Tashiketh for perhaps this MOST essential tool
thanks to jfade for the Compressorizer
again, special thanks to marvine, who originally discovered how to change stair shapes with textures

About Me
I don't mind if you include any of these meshes with your lots**, as long as you provide a link to the original MTS page for the mesh. Posting my mesh on any site by itself, or claiming it as your own work, would be considered rude and a breach of my trust and love for you as a fellow simmer.
**Above policy does not apply to Remote Control Thing - it contains an NPC that could possibly corrupt a neighborhood when removed, and I doubt that downloaders would appreciate something like that hidden in a downloaded lot.
