Hello, everyone!

For those who haven't downloaded any of my houses yet, I'm currently working on a save file, where I renovate/fill all the lots of all the neighbourhoods. I have already done "Forgotten Hollow" and currently renewing "Willow Creek" and "Strangerville" (these aren't finished yet), you can find all of them in my page.

Today I finished the renovation of Magnolia Promenade! It has four lots (all community lots) and I'm also going to make two bonus lots (soon they'll be available here).

This first one is a renovation. This means I used a pre-built lot. The others were made from scratch.




No further ado, this is the Roadstead furniture shop! You can have a look at the comparison here:



It has also a little cafe in the outside. Here your Sims can buy from furnitures of all types to clothes!

Before it had only one floor, now it has two. You can find others pictures in the gallery (including pictures of how it was before).
