Kgaff's Contemporary is a one story lot with an attached garage and open concept living and dining spaces. It also has a small study, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The lot was originally created for @Kgaff during the aMAYzing gift exchange held late, last month. Its got a mostly cool color pallet with rustic touches in the kitchen. I think the home would be well suited for a bachelor pad or a home for two couples. I would not recommend moving pets into this house, as the hallway to the bedroom is too tight for them to get in and they can't access either couch with the coffee table in the way.

I never use third party CC, but I do use The Sims 3 store content frequently. All the items listed below are in the download and it is recommended that you have these items to enjoy this lot to its fullest.
