Debug Mailbox Unlocked and Usable

*UPDATE: I was missing a tag that cause the game to not recognise you had a mailbox on the lot, so it would spawn another one. This should now be fixed.*

Patch 16.07.2019 unlocked a number of world objects that we can now access and use with the cheat bb.showliveeditobjects

all of these items are purely decorative, so I decided to add functionality to some of them.

I have added typical mailbox functionality to this mailbox that has newly been unlocked.



I haven't added any new swatches or altered anything, just made it functional.



I have also changed the catagory, it can be found in Appliances > Misc with the rest of the mailboxes
