Hello again, Simmers!

Ever find yourself building the same house again and again because you can never seem to get it to come out the way you want it? Each time, it comes a little closer what you envisioned, but it's never quite right? That's what Mingus has been for me. I originally built it back in the Sims 3, and it didn't turn out the way I'd hoped. I built it again once Sims 4 came out, and the same thing happened. This is probably the third iteration in Sims 4, and it's still only... meh. Not terrible, but still not what I'd hoped it would be. I'm only sharing it because I'm working on a new version that I think is going to be the one, and I want to do a before-and-after kind of thing once it's ready. So, after that ringing endorsement, here is Mingus!

It's a great house for Sims who like to entertain. It's a two-bedroom, three-bathroom house with an office, gym, and sauna. Mingus is CC-free and is ideally placed on San Myshuno's Old Salt House lot or Newcrest's Tranquil Crescent. Be sure to use the "bb.moveobjects on" cheat before placing this house in your neighborhood.
