More Swatches for Realm of Magic Floor (Patterned & Plain)

I was left wanting with the new wood flooring added with Realm of Magic. It has alternating tiles of plain and patterned floor. Why can't I have one or the other?
After spending some time with Sims 4 Studio, now I can!

I have added 18 new swatches to the Bewitching Wood. I have split the original textures into patterned and plain versions (the originals are still there of course, I didn't overwrite them)

You can find my swatches attached to the floor "item" in Build Mode.
