This lot is just a small cafeteria. It has a two story main room and a small bathroom. As you can see, there is a small porch-like thingy on top of the second floor and a band set on the roof(because we all want to play instruments on a roof at least once in our lives). For lack of a better drink dispenser there is a keg. There is empty space to the right of the lot in case you want to add stuff.
