Comby Cubby Apartments is a NO CC build that takes inspiration from NYC brownstone apartments.

In the SIMS universe the Apartments are in NewCrest, just few minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city and it is a perfect place for a group of friends to live together. The apartments are sparsely furnished without much thought or care as the landlord put together all eight apartments in a huge hurry and boarded up the stairs to the basement. It is rumored that the Comfy Cubby Apartments are built on an ancient Simsian burial ground, but that is probably just conjecture.
