Golden Valley Homes - made for my best friend's custom neighborhood, also made for specific family sizes/ages so they can afford them as a family straight out of CAS, so home prices will vary. I didn't name it, she did, as I'm not bold enough for that. She seems to like them and thought I should share, so here they are... I honestly consider them "family starters".

2 Golden Valley: built for two adult Sims expecting twins of any gender. Three specific skilling items and future driveway space was requested as well. Under 25k so they can afford it straight out of CAS.









This home has:
  • 3 bedrooms (master and two nurseries - furnished to start the family right away).
  • 1 full bathroom.
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • TV, bookcase, easel, chess table and ballet barre for skilling/fun.
  • Pre-planned driveway space and limited backyard space.
  • Minimal landscaping to keep the cost inside rather than outside!

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
