Hi all I am back with another one story modern home. This one I particularly modeled after my vision of my dream home. It has lots of large windows and sliding doors and I used a lot of CC since I couldn't resist using the marble counters from Harrie's KICHEN pack and all the IKEA stuff from simsi45. Anyways, it has 3 bedrooms one which I turned to a study, and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private balcony with a hot tub and a walk-in closet with an en-suite bathroom. The backyard has a barbecue area and a large pool. There's also a Zen garden on the front yard.
