Hi everyone!
This beautiful French Empire style candelabrum is a decorative element of a surtout de table offered by Napoleon to his stepson, Eugene de Beauharnais, possibly at the time of the latter's wedding.
This work was made by the French Pierre-Philippe Thomire (1751-1843) and is currently kept by the National Museum of American History, in Washington.
