I didn't think that creation would take that long. With every update my game feels worse and worse, so it was a real battle between me and my PC. And while everyone enjoys the snowy expanses, my sims keep sitting in their apartment which I decided to share with ya'll.

House of Syrotkin is located in Kyiv (Ukraine). It's a revenue house - type of residence which become a precursor of what is now known as an apartment house. On the ground floor there is a restaurant and shops, the next two floors are occupied by apartments. Your apartment is on the top floor where you can get only by stairs because elevators are too old. This is the biggest flat in the building which once belonged to the owner of the house.
The flat has two entrances what is pretty typical for owner's flat. Every entrance lead to the living room which are connected by a large dining room. Two bedrooms are quite small in size, attached to the living rooms and have separated toilet and bathroom. Also in the apartment there is an office, kitchen, unfurnitured bedroom and technical room.

In the 20th century, when the new government came, revenue houses became communal apartments. Large rooms of apartments were divided into smaller ones and many families could live in one flat. But this apartment was lucky. Now you own this large apartment with old furniture and paintings that miraculously were not sold or destroyed. Many people lived here. They left behind a lot of typical furniture of later times and neglected a little the rooms. But even in torn wallpaper and old closets you can still feel the spirit of the past.
It's only my story. Real house is empty and its future is unknown.

Only the top floor is fully furnished. Other 3 floors are empty. Also i built it with TOOL mod which allows to place items outside the lot. I was really disappointed when i replaced the house on another lot and everything disappeared I had to remove these objects outside the lot. But I left a few pictures of what the streets looked like. So if you want you can easily find a mod and try to recreate the streets as in the photo. But this is purely my vision. These details don't greatly affect the overall perception of the building. Maybe it was obvious that the objects wouldn't be saved (but not for me, haha). I'm also sorry if your characters can't get through somewhere or have a problem with mailbox . Due to the game crashes, I didn't have the nerves to check if everything working properly.

There are no CC in this building. Cars and some construction elements are taken from debug. The paintings were painted by my sim from the photos.
