Attending a request, I built a futuristic style house, but at the same time I didn't want to leave the house soooo futuristic, so I decided not to use the Alien objects and other stuff. XD it's pretty much a very modern house, hope you guys like!

First floor:
- Dining Table;
- Living room;
- Kitchen;
- Outdoor Area;
- Bathroom;
- Office.

Second floor:
- Bedroom with a bathroom;
- Bar;
- Balcony area.

Third floor:
- Master bedroom with a bathroom;
- Bedroom with a makeup room.

This House can fit a 5 sims family.

NOTE: This house has NO cc
