Finally! The long-awaited update for Jeans Shakers Oasis is here!
It comes packed with lots of new lore, new characters, and many fixes, both in optimization and added details. As always, there may be a few memories out of place, since there are so many characters and so much work involved, but if you notice anything, don’t hesitate to tell me so I can fix it. I still need to make a new banner that represents the update XD so give me a few days!




"There are a few things you should know about Jeans Shakers Oasis, this arid reserve in the middle of the desert. “Oh, that mosquito nest might look like a dusty, forgotten wasteland, but trust me, it’s got some decent views and a few lively clubs worth checking out!” Say the truckers who stop to refuel and end up staying at the Oasis Nuptial Motel. But there’s plenty to do here! A library preserves records of the region’s past, while the local pool and gym are popular gathering spots. Others enjoy a quick stop at the mall or a night out at Rico’s Hotspot, the liveliest bar in town.

This place is also known for its mysterious charm. The swamp, whose treatment plants supply water to the city, has long inspired tales of strange phenomena. The series Mysteries in the Swamp takes place right here, and during the full moon festival, some Sims gather by the coast, hoping to catch a glimpse of the legendary swamp monster. Lately, something has shifted, waking dormant stories."



"Official reports claim that green has finally returned to the city, thanks to improved plumbing and water systems meant to tame the desert. On paper, progress is undeniable. Yet reality tells another story. Empty houses remain unsold, budgets quietly vanish, and rumors of water pollution refuse to fade. The disappearance of the mayor’s daughter, followed by a tightly controlled raid and sudden silence, left a permanent stain on the city’s reputation. For months, the Dimarcheios dominated every headline.

Lately, things seem calmer. Life resumes, routines return, and everyone goes back to their business. But quiet here has never meant peace. After the explosion at the Abandoned Facilities, something shifted beneath the sand. Old plans unraveled, Sims crossed lines they were never meant to see, and forgotten figures began to return. Some say the desert remembers everything. At night, when the wind moves through the pipes and the swamp breathes again, this place listens… waiting for what was buried to rise."


This neighborhood features 14 playable families in their respective homes, along with a wide variety of townies, npc, and stray pets. All the Sims have biographies, also ancestors, all the families have also a photo album. The hood includes 26 houses for sale, 22 community lots, and 3 apartment lots.
