8 No-CC Starter Homes <20K - Maple Creek Part 2

Hello Simmers! For part 2 of my Maple Creek subhood (part 1 is here) I made 8 CC-free starter homes. I've decided to make Maple Creek a neighborhood I play with no cheats in my game (no more kaching ) so I needed a lot of under 20k homes to get my sims started. 

These homes range from 2 bedroom 1 bath to 4 bedroom 2 bath. They all have carports or garages, because my sims always seem to roll the want to buy a car and i get annoyed when I can't fulfill it . It's hard to find cheap 4 or 3 bedroom homes, so I made a few. I did not make any 1 bedroom since I never play single sims or couples without kids, but I would if one of you made a comment requesting them.

Each lot is clearly labelled with the bedroom and bathroom counts so you can find the perfect size for your families, and I have included a zip with all files if you want to continue building Maple Creek with me!
