Perfect for a single artsy Sim, you can spend your days painting outside using the tiny pond for inspiration and your nights cozied up near the fire while tickling the ivories.
Notes:
-Due to limits of the build mode in-game, I had to put the bedroom in a basement instead of a second floor. Otherwise I would have had to make the lower floor ridiculously tall in order to allow the bedroom area to look like a "loft" and I didn't like the look of it.
-After taking the photos I did have to move the tv downstairs to a different wall in order for the desk to be accessible.
-The dish rack was removed from the kitchen counters because there was no free space for Sims to cook.
-I ultimately removed the ducks from the pond because it was so small so they looked odd.
Lot has been playtested and everything should work/be accessible with no issues.
