Good Evening... or Morning, I don't know it's 3 am, and I'm here uploading houses.

I wanted to share this small-ish house, that comes with:

- 2 Bedrooms;
- Single Bathroom;
- Large Living Area;
- Open Concept Kitchen;
- Garage (the walls aren't painted cause I tought the unfinished and grey look would look nice)

This Houses comes at a wooping 24, 480§, still far awy from a fresh out of the Bin, or College, Sim, but enough for that small family that you don't know where to put *cough* Gavigan *cough*.
