High School Years Hanging Clothes Bug Fix

The four hanging clothes items that came with High School Years can be placed on clothes racks, but can't be interacted with in any way. I've added the correct tuning for the items so that they can now all be used as dresses as intended.

This mod is an override for the below four items. All original recolors are included.

“Break a Sweat” Hanging Clothes Set
Chill Vibes Hanging Clothes
