Disable all body hairs for female sims

This is body hair override restricting body hair CAS parts to males only until EA will hopefully make it adjustable for NPC.
I didn't find a mod like that anywhere (surprisingly) so I run TS4 Studio and made my own. Consider it as workaround for poor female sims in 1.91.205.1020 game version.
