There's a bug/feature that sims can't maximize hidden dance skill to level 10 by dancing to a stereo. With this fix, they can.

Choose one file depending on your game version
If you have any pack from Bon Voyage to Mansion & Garden, get that version. If you don't, but have any pack from Night Life to Seasons, then get another one. If you only have base game or University, this mod won't do anything for you.

Technically, the fault lies with the global "Dance - Adjust Skill" BHAV #4AE. It is where dance experience is converted to dance skill. The function is written in a way that doesn't allow token count to go higher than 9 (looks like a looping mistake). This results in never being able to achieve level 10 by doing interactions that use this function to add skill.

Will conflict with any mod that overrides the aforementioned BHAV.
