Re-upload again for those who can't extract it. (Use *.zip, not *.rar)
After uploading a file, I will test it to make sure it can be downloaded and unzipped. (I use 7-Zip and WinRAR without any problems.)
If you still can't extract it, you could try to upgrade your software, or use another zip software, or... sorry I don't know.

Description:
This mod can unlock CAS items such as hats, clothing, etc.
It works in the same way as buying clothing at the festival.
Using cas.fulleditmode doesn't get all outfits. This mod will make them visible.

A new interaction 'Unlock CAS Items' has been added to Sims and mailboxes.
Shift + click on a Sim to unlock the CAS items for the target Sim.
Shift + click on a mailbox to unlock the CAS items for all Sims - It may take a few seconds to unlock.
When a Sim unlocks CAS items, then their household members can also use the unlocked CAS items.

Note: There are so many items in CAS that some items may have been missed.


I found a mod by r3m on MTS, but they haven't logged in for 3 years, so I'm uploading my version for anyone who needs it.

If you can't see the interaction, try typing the console command testingcheats on.

Note: You don't need any DLCs to make this mod work.

This mod has been tested with game version 1.93.129.
