Oh, it's literally a fortress, just walk around and you'll see nothing but a fence throughout all the lot. Smart decision for a superstar—otherwise who but a superstar could afford this house?

If you don't own Pets/Supernatural/World Adventures, you can download this house with no fear of loss ton furniture. I used only one objects from described EPs (:

Lucky Palms (a Store world) required! I used a 'Contemporary Curtains by Dave' from it.

Lot has difficult landscaping. Normally it shouldn't cause any problems. If you expect some, try to use SetImportedTerrainOffset [value] cheat.
Lot size is 28x42. It's a bit not standard, so you can replace 30x40 lot by adding it through EIG mode and using velocitygrass' mod 'Add Any size Lot'.
2 bedrooms—all of them have king size bed. 4 sims is the max capacity.
