Welcome to Westbrook Apartments.

This took me some time to build. It has four townhouses with a smaller house in the middle that houses a coffeeshop on the ground floor and a small, rundown apartment upstairs for your landlord, or if you wish to rent it out to some unlycky tennant....it needs some renovation.

However the other four townhouses are newly renovated and are ready to move into

The two on the left is spread out on three floors with a cozy rooftop terasse for each one aswell as a small outside space in the back.
On the first floor you will find a spacious dining/living area aswell as the kitchen, a laundryroom and a WC.
The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The third floor is the master suite with a large master bedroom, a separate lounge area and a double bathroom with vanity, shower and two bathtubs. They both have a small garden in the front and a patio in the back.

The two on the right has two floors with a kitchen, living/dinging, laundryroom and WC on the first floor.
The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The house in the middle has the coffeeshop downstairs and the landlord apartment upstairs

In front of the coffeeshop is a beautiful fountain and some parkbenches where your sims can rest

There seems to be some issue when uploading the lot so it does not show the right packs.
You WILL need the For Rent pack to use this lot!
