"The Region" Apartments (NO CC)

Hi, this time I made this apartments, it has 6 units. It has no CC. The lot is 3x3.

Each floor has 2 units, except for the bottom floor that is the communal area.
Each unit has 2 bedroooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony.
The communal area has a bar, two hot tubs, a gardening area, and bathrooms.

I made this with the UC so I've used items from various packs, but the packs I know that YOU WILL NEED are: APARTMENT LIFE (because this are apartments), OPEN FOR BUSINESS (because of the elevators, but you can replace them with spiral stairs), SEASONS (because of the gardening area, but you can replace it with something else) and IKEA STUFF (this one isn't that necessary, you can replace the furniture if you don't have it)

I have tested it in a copy and everything should work fine.
