'Spicy Solar' Apartments - No CC

Hey!
So this is an apartment complex that I built with no CC. It has in total 9 units (4 in the older looking building and 5 in the newer). Every apartment has it's own character except for two that I made basic so it's easier for you to move in. Every unit has it's "own" garden in the back.

The rent varies from 1,450$ to 3,578$.

Short description of every unit:
  • Ap#1 - it belongs to a older couple and their grandaughter
  • Ap#2 - messy, basically a frat house
  • Ap#3 - the cheap basic one
  • Ap#4 - cats, just cats
    ------------------------
  • Ap#5 - an Ikea apartment
  • Ap#6 - athlete's unit
  • Ap#7 - actress's apartment (the biggest one)
  • Ap#8 - the better basic one
  • Ap#9 - basically a nightclub

IMPORTANT
When you enter the lot from live mode the apartments will look empty. In order to rent a unit fully furnished you have to use the cheat boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true, while you click on the door of your wanted unit, press the SHIFT key and choose the option rent fully furnished.
