Hey everyone! Sorry for my absence but it was Birthday shenanigans time! Yay, Taurus Season! Can you believe another year has gone by? Me neither!

Anyways... I'm excited to share this cool project I've been working on—a miniature build inspired by a LEGO set I stumbled upon. I call it "The Derivative."

It features four unique units, a cozy café/bar on the ground floor, and even a mini playground.

The model is based on the "Friends TV show", specifically Central Perk and 2 of the iconic apartments so it has a similar layout. PLEASE NOTE it is not a 1-1 so don't @ me

I've playtested it, and now it's ready for you! Hope you enjoy playing with it as much as I did creating it!
