Sul sul dear simmers! How are you? This time I bring you a renovation of a house I did in 2014 (https://modthesims.info/download.php?t=541060), which I really saw as quite old-fashioned and somewhat ugly, to be honest. I've done it with a modern style and eco-friendly materials.

The house is quite large and can accommodate a complete family with children (and even grandparents).

The house is distributed as follows:

Ground floor: foyer, kitchen with terrace, dining room, living room, office, and bathroom. Outdoors: swimming pool, BBQ area, and relaxation areas.

First floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 terraces.
