Cheap 3 BR 2 Bath house w/graveyard(University Required)

I made this house for everyone out there who like me have Sims with more then one or two children and need a little more space plus it has a graveyard at the side of the house, but no grave stones yet (It's a do it yourself project people ). It has kind of a castle theme to it too, well it least it does to me and my husband. This house has 3 nice bedrooms and 2 baths, one is the master bath. It costs 17,296 on the game. It may contain a few hacks/mods so please be sure to run it through the Sims2pack Clean Installer if your do not wish to have them in your game. Enjoy !
