With looking at a different tuning file that was made by Zero, that no longer works, and apparently hasn't for some time. And my hybrid vampire/mermaid should stand in the rain for hydration, which isn't a part of this mod, just removal of the umbrella, but not just my sim, all sims.

Adding a few lines of code to the base trait, that is hidden, it removes that very trait as soon as it is added. No further edits needed. Now my sim no longer pulls out her umbrella as she walks between plants in her garden when harvesting, or going to the mailbox, or even just standing in the rain.
