* You build a new town without characters and enter a community lot to decorate it.
* If the community lot contains some items, then the game will create an NPC that is associated with this item.
* For example, a chef will be created for a restaurant stove.
* This mod prevents the game from creating NPCs that you currently do not need.
* Here is a list of NPCs: Barista, Bartender, Break dancer, Cook, DJs, Fire dancer, Host, Human statue, Local chefs, Stylist.
* This is a global mod. Should work for Maxis and custom objects.
