[4t2] Aliens from TS4 Get to Work EP

Always thought TS4 had way more variety for aliens than TS2 had? Always wanted to have more unique looking aliens? Well, then I might have a little something for you!

Ever since TS4 Get to Work EP came out I loved that we also got purple, blue and turquoise skintones for aliens instead of just a green skintone. The premade archetypes were quite unique looking as well! I just wished we also had this many customization options for TS2, hence why I made this set! ^^




So, this is my attempt at recreating the alien sims from the 10 archetypes for TS2 as close as possible from scratch. While I tried my best, sometimes, certain facial features just weren't possible to recreate due to the limitations in TS2. I still hope they're close enough to be recognizible. Most of the time, the TS4 alien archetypes were identical when switching the genders, except for the deep purple one, where there was some variation in the facial features. I still recreated them both as two separate alien sims. They'd make perfect siblings actually, now that I think about it. Lol.

BTW, I also made it so that these sims have genetic infant faces! So, if you ever want to use one of these sims as your pollination technician, you'll be greeted with unique looking infant babies instead of just face template 2.

TS4 had 2 skintones for each color though, a light and a dark variant. I'm not quite sure if anyone would want that many skintones, so I only made Maxis Match light variants and tried to find a color tone in between the two by recoloring the default alien green skintone. So it's just 3 new skintones: purple, blue and turquoise. For the grey alien sim, I just used the Mannequin skintone that was already in the game.

For those who don't want any extra CC skintone in their game, I also made CC free versions of these alien sims where they'd just have the default green skintone instead.

Alright, that's it for now I guess? Let me know what you think. In the future, I might also create default multi-PT mod using these aliens or even non-default face templates upon request.

Update (06/01/2025):
As requested, I also made these 4t2 alien sims into non-default face templates (disabled for townies). Just in case you prefer to have them as face templates rather than saved sims in .sims2pack files.
