Here's my small business lot!! I made this for my real gameplay purposes, and used A TON of packs honestly, like it's not even funny.

Buuuuuutt I think it turned out very nice. It's a big creative space for all sorts of crafty sims, providing the right tools for:
  • candle making
  • fabrication
  • painting
  • pottery
  • jewelry making

And also features a beautiful industrial mini gallery to showcase and sell your crafted masterpieces.

In case your sims get hungry, head to the upper floor and get them something to eat at the restaurant, while chatting with their fellow creators and absorbing the inspiration all around.

  • No CC! However it does get flagged in my library and on the gallery, which is strange, but yeah you should be fine if you decide to download anyway.*
  • As I mentioned, I did use an insane amount of packs, and I really don't feel like typing them all out in addition to the auto-detected ones here on MTS, so I hope the "chart" in the images is sufficient.

Known Issues
Shows up as Modded* on the gallery, even though it does not contain any cc so if you would decide to download that way, make sure to tick the "Include Custom Content" filter when searching for it There should be nothing wrong with the build itself.
