Replaces the loading plumbob with the loading animation from JoJo's Pitter-Patter Pop (a mobile game that is no longer playable).

Two versions:
papermoon-loadingscreen_iggyPPP.package: Includes a custom background (first image)
papermoon-loadingscreen_iggyPPP-noBG.package: Keeps the default background (second image)

ONLY ONE can be installed at once, but you can switch them out whenever you want.

Sprites used belong to Bandai Namco Entertainment, and were ripped and uploaded by Jakeuniverse on the Spriter's Resource (spriters-resource.com).
