Howdy, I felt creative today so I made this. This is La La Latte Caffeine Cafe, a cozy little cafe for your neighborhood.

This cafe is built on a small lot and has no purchase cost that I can find as it is a community lot. It has a lot of seating both inside and outside. There is also a magazine rack so your sims can buy some reading material while they sip their espresso.

This lot is also CC (Custom Content) free so you can enjoy it without any missing objects, weird blinky things, and without going on a cyber scavenger hunt for CC around the internet.

I did place and test this lot in game and it workedly wonderfully in my game, however, if you have any issue please let me know and I'll do my best to get to it quickly.
