Waterview Ln - A set of 2-story, cc-free starter homes under 20k! I typically find 2-story homes a lot pricier to build. I thought it might be fun to challenge myself to make some budget-friendly 2-story homes (: Unfortunately, these lots are right at the tip top of the 20k range, so there is little wiggle room for your starting households. Nonetheless, I think these homes are cozy and will suit your sims well!
