My first house uploaded onto ModTheSims, designed off the popular Winona model from Sears Modern Homes in the 1920s. This is a clean lot (with no Sims living here), with three bedrooms, one bathroom, a driveway, and a plot for gardening. Fully furnished, the house costs $73,175, but unfurnished can end up being a very adaptable starter home.

Any suggestions, comments, and DMs are encouraged, as I plan on building and uploading more lots in the future!
