This house is based on Homeowner's house from "No, i'm not a human" game. Some changes were made to fit the house on the lot and give it more or less regular shape (smaller office, mirrored bedroom interior, swapped couch and armchair's place in living room, moved basement's entrance to storage, additional windows).

The house has a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, an office, a storage and a basement. The lot has also a backyard and a driveaway.

The cost is $48947 after selling redundant CCs*.

- Bespoke and Maxis Curtain Recolors by Honeywell - navy stripes curtain (needs to be downloaded separately)
- Barrel of Apples by rebecah
- Modular Stairs, Fence, Gate & Column Add- Ons by HugeLunatic - white stairs recolour
- *Recolourable* Wooden modular stairs (UPD 23feb07) by Numenor - needed for the stairs recolour to work
- Ladder with custom animations by marvine
- Divinity Leaf Walls with Honeywell's Trims** by MorePopcorn - red wallpaper with skirting and cornice
- Some 4t2 Conversions from Dream Home Decorator by thimble sims - storage boxes (single and double) and their white recolour
- Pantry Party by nonsensical-pixels - onion basket with recolour no 1, potato bag with recolour no 4, cans (pack C, E*** and A*, recolour no 1) and le parfait jars (medium and tall jars 2, pack C and A*, recolour no 1 for tall and no 2 for medium)

There are 2 download files, with and without CCs. The "no CC" version has no default replacements for missing content.

* Packs C and E use meshes and recolours of pack A. There were placed on the lot (3 items in total in front of the house, not included on photos), so they get included by Clean Installer in the package. You can remove them from the lot.

*** In game it's mistakenly called "Pack D".
