Hi! This time, I'd like to share my very first house built in The Sims 4 - originally created back in October 2017. I've made some improvements to this lot, because if there's one thing I've learned from this project, it's that more doesn't always mean better. So, unlike some of my other old builds that I've renovated, this time my work mainly consisted of... simplifying things. If you're curious what the original version looked like, it's still available in my Gallery under the name "Black Stone Heart." I decided to change the name, as the old one didn't really refer to anything - it just sounded cool at the time 🤦

This is a modern house decorated in shades of black and white, with a garden and a swimming pool. Although it looks small from the outside, it can accommodate a couple and two children - mainly because two of the rooms are located in the basement (yeah, this is my frequent trick in The Sims 3 and 4: not enough space in the house? Let's build a basement!). The shell itself isn't particularly interesting, as I've never been good at building them, but I hope that someone will enjoy this house anyway!
