We're back on this week's episode of Simoleon Weekly! Join us today as we take a tour through this stunning villa, properly christened "La Palmera".

Lush vegetation provides the ultimate in privacy, before giving away to a sprawling mediterranean mansion. Guests lucky enough to be invited through the marble gates will no doubt enjoy the dedicated game room and pond-side entertainment area, complete with its own kitchenette, while the host can quietly slip away to the withdrawn master suite and balcony. Imported Italian Stone and Japanese wood are present throughout the property, of which we are told were worked by world-class craftsmen specifically for this property.

While every space of this massive home was constructed with care, our personal favorites have to be the climate-controlled 8 car garage that is sure to be please car collectors, and the home office...which apparently contains a hidden entrance to the subterranean, climate-controlled vault, which is guarded 24/7 by state-of-the-art surveillance systems. Unfortunately, and perhaps unsurprisingly, we were not granted access.

After a full day at La Palmera, our only regret was not being handed the deed to the property. Alas, all good things must come to an end, and so it was with our tour. Our thoughts? Well, if you are someone who places the utmost value on seclusion while entertaining your most likely numerous friends with various luxurious amnesties and have a near-million simoleon check burning a hole in your pocket- La Palmera may be just the place to call home. You'd better hurry though; we were told by our contact with the listing agency that several high rollers have already requested tours of the property, despite spending barely a week on the market.
