SimPE 0.8.2.12 for Windows, Mac, and Linux

This is SimPE modernized, a 64 bit app running on .Net 8. The dependence on NVidia DDS utilities has been eliminated. The dependence on DirectX has been eliminated. It no longer relies on the Windows Registry for locating the game, but does a system scan. There are bugs, but the ones I know about are also in Quaxi's 0.75 version. To the best of my knowledge, everything works. I have tried to keep the original look, so that the existing tutorials will still work to help people. Please notify me of any bugs you find. If you have downloaded a previous version, please delete the old version and empty your trash before extracting the new version.

0.8.2.10 WHoward69 of Pick 'N' Mix graciously added his 29 BHAV Primitive Wizards! GMDC exporter dll in the correct location. SC4 filetype supported. Text clipping in BHAV TRPR view fixed.

0.8.2.12 Yes, I skipped 11, to maintain parity with the Mac version. All the commit buttons are now there. A future fix will standardize as many as I can remember to the Header, but for now they may be in a different location. Sim Surgery export is fixed. Both issues were due to the migration to .Net 8 dropping references from the resource files.

There is now a Mac version, which is the Windows version in a Wine wrapper, patched to Mac file paths and to fix Wine oddities. It is click and run, no messing around with Wine configuration! And a Linux version, too. It is the Windows version patched for Wine oddities, no wrapper, because Linux simmers need to put it in the same bottle/prefix as the sims 2 game.
