This is my 2nd entry for the Fix it or Flip it contest by CatherineTCJD

The inspiration for this house was the color red and a way in which City Sim is imagining living in the country.
That's why there are no truly farm animals that you have to take care of. The only animals are chickens, so every day you can have fresh eggs for breakfast. Also in the master suite is the tribiute to the city in a form of a mural. This house is giving cozy and warm feeling. It's not taking it self too seriously. The interiors looks like something traken from a comic book or an animation.

The star of the property is a tower mill where we have a laundry room and 2 guest bedrooms. The access to those bedrooms is by custom ladder, CC free! I know you would have to place a sim with 'move_objects on' in those bedrooms, but isn't the good hunk of the gameplay happening in our imagination? The goal was to build a barn, but my longing thoughts took me further, so technically we have a tall barn = tower mill.

I've added a 2nd story to the house where the teenage bedroom and his/her bathroom are placed.

The house got 2 extensions on the main floor. One is a master suite extension, and the 2nd is a family room extension.

The grounds are opened with a gate in the back, so every sim can feel like a real landowner.
