They say home is where the heart is. Home is also where you can comfortably fart without fear of passersby making judgment. It's a win-win! Why not come home and relieve yourself in a Surprisingly Spacious place! Fit neatly in a compact suburban lot, you'll be impressed at how much room you have to grow and thrive! Three spacious bedrooms, three (not so spacious) bathrooms, spacious backyard, spacious living room. Spacious deck. Spacious. You'll love it!



Hi! My name is Dug, and I just moved into Surprisingly Spacious with my family. Come on in, neighbour! Don't mind the lingering odour. I just let one rip. Or perhaps it's the odour of my wife's famous tuna-cheese casserole emanating from the open concept kitchen. Notice how traffic flows with ease through the main level? It sure is spacious! I love living here. There's enough room for the whole family and a few friends to join us at the dining room table for dinner. I specifically chose these dining room chairs to allow my gas to pass easily. There's also quick access to the main floor washroom. Life is easy and breezy living here.





Step upstairs! The air is easier to breathe up here, actually. That's thanks to the spacious design! Plenty of airflow and room for movement. And two whole washrooms to choose from! Not to mention those three spacious bedrooms. Lots of natural light. I love how the light cascades through the windows. Thank goodness this neighbourhood didn't build the houses so close together! In our last house, we could pass some sugar to our next-door neighbour through the kitchen window! That did not make for easy gas-passing, I tell ya... They heard every rupture! But not here... Nope!



GOLLY! There's a pool. And a nicely sized deck. Plenty of spacious space for relaxing and lounging. I may even plant a small garden, if I am so inclined. If the price of beans keeps going up, I may need to start a bean garden! I love beans. So does my family. We eat a lot of beans. Beans, beans, MAGICAL FRUIT.

So, yeah! Life here is great. Spacious. My family is happier and healthier. After all, everyone loves their own brand! Home really is where the heart is. And where I can fart freely. Thank goodness we moved here!
